GENERAL BOOKING & CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Minimum number of participants
Bookings are possible subject to availability. Final booking up to 2 working days before the respective date.

There may be changes to the destination due to lack of snow, weather warnings or various other reasons. Please check your email or the website two days before the respective date to see whether there have been any last-minute changes to your ski trip.
Cancellation by customer
Cancellation due to sickness: In this case, please call our Events Team immediately on 0316/870-3121. Upon production of a medical certificate, you will be credited with the full travel expenses (bus and ticket). Cash payment is not possible!
Cancellation for any other reason: Unfortunately, in this case we cannot issue a credit note. Transfer to third parties may be possible, although only if the payment section is produced before the journey starts.
Cancellation by the operator
Ski trips may be cancelled at the last minute e.g. due to lack of snow, weather warnings, not enough bookings, etc. Please check your email or the website two days before the respective date to see whether your ski trip is actually going ahead or whether there has been a last-minute change for any reason. You will be informed in writing about any cancellation.
Reimbursement of costs upon cancellation by the operator
Travel costs will be reimbursed via the same payment method used for booking.
Punctuality is required
To ensure a smooth running of each event, we require absolute punctuality. All participating persons are therefore required to appear punctually to the agreed / advertised meeting places.
No claims can be asserted in case of no-show or late appearance.
During bus transport, the instructions of the bus driver must be followed – in addition, it is pointed out that the use of ski snowboard shoes inside the bus is not permitted.
Rebooking by the operator
In the event of a rebooking, please contact our Events Team at: email@example.com or by phone on tel. 0316/870-3121. If the rebooking produces a difference in the total, this will be settled on the day of the ski trip directly with the tour guide on the bus.
Please note that each participant is responsible for their own equipment. The operator takes no responsibility. Parents are liable for their children. There are no childcare facilities (neither on the bus nor on site), children and young people aged under 16 may only travel and/or take part when accompanied by an adult.
We recommend taking out private accident insurance.
Displaying payment confirmation upon departure
Please bring your written booking confirmation with you on the day of the ski trip. Without exception, you must show the written payment confirmation to your tour guide before embarking on the bus.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE SKI DAY
WORKING DAYS and SATURDAYS: P+R next to MURPARK at OMV gas station
Do not use the parkinglots of the shoppingcenter Murpark
SUNDAYS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: KASTNER & ÖHLER ADMONTERHOF (Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Kai 8)
Loading and parking facilities
P+R Murpark €2,50 for the whole day.Kastner & Öhler garage Sundays and public holidays FREE.
On the return journey, the tour guide will exchange your garage entry ticket for an exit ticket.
Kindly note that there is an official parking ban at Kai. You can park free of charge at the K&Ö underground garage for 20 minutes to unload and load your ski equipment.
Important! Please read the departure times carefully. Departures are punctual:
> Departure from Graz: 07:00 – for later departure, please see booking confirmation
> Departure from ski region: 16:30 – check back with your tour guide before 16:15
> Arrival in Graz: approx. 18:30 – depending on destination and traffic. If you wish to stay at the ski region, please inform the tour guide or bus driver at the start of the trip, but by 16:15 at the latest. Seatbelts must be worn and no smoking is allowed during the journey.
If you arrive late and miss the bus, your travel costs and any other return costs will not be reimbursed.
Ski ticket issue
Upon arriving at the ski region, the tour guide will give you your day ski pass. In some ski regions (e.g. Kreischberg, Tauplitz) you will be given a key card. Please return the key card to the tour guide at the end of the ski day, no later than 16:15.
A charge of €3-5 must be paid directly to the tour guide if you lose the key card.
Bus opening times
> lunchtime 12:00 – 13:00
> afternoons from 16:00 (1/2 hour before departure)
